Horticulture enthusiasts in the US are to benefit from getting garden and greenhouse tips on their television.
A recent announcement from Retirement Living TV (RLTV) revealed the network is to broadcast the country‘s longest-running show dedicated to plant growing.
The Victory Garden will premiere on the channel on Monday August 3rd at 11:00 EDT.
A number of experts, including Paul Epsom and Kip Anderson will guide viewsers through the intricacies of the pastime.
RLTV chief executive officer Brad Knight explained the network is “exited” to have a programme with a 30-year history on its schedule.
“[The station] is confident that its 50-plus viewers will be pleased that this program not only brings entertainment but provides them with practical tips that can literally be used every day,” he said.
As well as tips on getting the best out of your garden and greenhouse, host Michael Weishan will also share his experiences of visits to horticultural sites around the country.
Meanwhile, the Galveston Daily News recently stated August was prime time for planting vegetables for an autumn harvest.
