Victorian Lodge as a 3/4 Lean to Case Study
The greenhouse is much admired and the location for it turned out to be perfect, as was the choice of color green. The exterior paintwork of the property is White and first thoughts were to match this, but when considering the surrounding trees and the fact that the house looks out across the garden selecting White would not have been wise.
From the brochure an image of the Victorian Lodge was scanned into the garden (see first image), it turned out to be a near perfect representation even the angle in which the greenhouse faces into the garden.
We placed our order, received the plans and got to work building the back wall and greenhouse base
A very small mosaic type floor tiling in terracotta, dark grey and cream was chosen for the flooring as it felt Victorian and went nicely with the choice of brick color.
